Terms of Service and Licence Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of MyCleanPC software and related services ("Service") provided by RealDefense LLC ("Provider", "we", "us"), 6080 Center Dr Suite 800, Los Angeles, CA 90045, USA.
By downloading, installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
1.1. MyCleanPC is a PC cleaning and optimisation tool designed for Windows that identifies and removes files that may slow down your computer or affect your privacy.
1.2. A free diagnostic scan is available to identify issues. Repair and optimisation features require activation of the paid annual licence.
1.3. The software is designed for Windows (Vista, 7, 8 and 10). Computer security and performance improvements will vary depending upon the condition of your computer, the software you are using, and other factors outside of our control.
2. Pricing and Billing
2.1. The annual software licence costs £19.99/year, billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
2.2. Live technical support is available for £19.95/month, billed separately on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
2.3. All prices include applicable VAT. Payment is collected via the card provided at sign-up.
3. Cancellation
3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time by calling 0800 018 3305 or via online chat, email or contact form.
3.2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods unless required by applicable law.
4. Licence
4.1. The Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on your personal Windows device for personal, non-commercial use.
4.2. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the software.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
5.1. Trial versions of the software are intended to diagnose your computer for security and/or performance issues. Most issues may be corrected by purchasing the software and/or remote technical support services.
5.2. The Provider does not warrant that the software will correct all issues identified or that it is free from errors. Results vary depending on the condition of your system.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6.2. The Provider is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
7. Privacy
7.1. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
10. Amendments
10.1. The Provider may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
