The free scan comes first
Before any charge, there is the free diagnostic scan. You can download MyCleanPC and run the scan to see what is slowing your PC down at no cost. Payment only enters the picture if you decide to repair the issues the scan finds.
That means you are never charged just to look. Activation is a separate, deliberate step.
The annual software licence
To licence MyCleanPC there is a yearly recurring charge of £19.99. It is billed on a recurring basis until cancelled, and the price includes applicable VAT. Payment is collected via the card provided at sign-up.
Because it is annual, it is easy to keep track of: one clear yearly charge to keep your licence active.
Optional live technical support
Separately, live technical support is available for £19.95/month. This is billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled, and it is distinct from the annual software licence — it is an optional service, not part of the £19.99 licence price.
Keeping the two lines separate is deliberate: the software licence and the support subscription are billed independently so you can see exactly what each one costs.
Cancelling whenever you like
You can cancel your subscription at any time by calling 0800 018 3305 or via online chat, email or contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
